The www.greentransport.rosunt website services offered by S.C. CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL. SRL (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") exclusively to persons who agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

Description of services offered
S.C. CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL. offers for sale tickets for the GREEN TRANSPORT & LOGISTIC event, which will take place on September 23, 2022 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest. Tickets can be purchased online or by money order and represent the countervalue of the participation and meal services, as described in the presentation pages of the website.
The price of a ticket can be paid by natural or legal persons. The person for whom the ticket is purchased will be named on the order form. Entry to the event is only possible with proof of ticket purchase.
The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per order, in case the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the hall.
Ticket Return and Ticket Refund
Event postponement or cancellation:
- In the event of postponement (date and/or time), change of location or modification, the organizer will announce the conditions for the return of the amounts paid, in compliance with the rules in force.
- If the event is canceled, participants will receive the amount paid in advance within 30 days.
- If the participant is unable to come in person, he/she may pass on the right to participate to another person. Amounts paid by persons who do not participate for personal reasons are NOT refundable.
Limitation of liability
CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL does not assume in any way, shape or form any responsibility for the content of the presentations sent by sponsors or partners of the event.
All copyrights, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights in all text, images or other materials on this website are the property of CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL or are included with the permission of the rightful owner.
Trademarks, logos, fonts, photographs, videos appearing on this website belong to CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL.
Final conditions
The user is obliged to provide true and correct information about his or her person when requested to do so, subject to exclusion from the database.
The data requested in the registration forms will be used to transmit information about the event and to process invoices, payment documents or contracts necessary for participation in the event.
Participants' data will not be made public on the website www.greentransport.ro but will be used to send news via email correspondence or the event newsletter.
The user agrees, by ticking the box "I accept the terms and conditions", to the taking of photos during the event and their publication on the website www.greentransport.ro, in press releases or on the event's social networks. If the participant does not wish to be included in the photo gallery of the event, please send this request to contact@greentransport.ro
