Rareș Șarbu comes from a family in which education and values played a central role: his father is a priest and his late mother was a biology teacher. He graduated from the "Octavian Goga" National College in Sibiu and later from the Faculty of Theology at the "Lucian Blaga" University in Sibiu. Although he didn't work as a priest, his theology studies have deeply shaped his relationship with people, an aspect that has been essential in his career in business, where emotion and trust are the basis of any success.

He's been married for 24 years and has two children - a 22-year-old daughter studying in Paris and a 20-year-old son studying in Munich, both of whom are in business schools.

Professionally, Rareș Șarbu has almost two decades of experience in the sales field, where he has worked his way up from sales agent to National Sales Director. He then entered the construction industry, where for 16 years he coordinated the development of real estate projects.

Eight years ago he founded RARA Logistic, thus expanding his activity in the field of logistics - a natural continuation of his passion for sales and management. Today, as General Manager of RARA Logistic, he manages a team of over 200 employees, a network of 6 warehouses located in Sibiu, Bucharest and Deva, and a fleet of 25 trucks.

Rareș Șarbu looks to the future with the same determination and entrepreneurial vision that has always characterized him, his goal being to expand the activity beyond Romania's borders and reach the threshold of 100 trucks in the company's fleet.
