Bachelor and Master in Marketing, Ionuț is a soft skills trainer with experience since 2005 in delivering training for corporations and SMEs in various industries. Having to travel a lot around the country since the beginning of his career in 2004, he realized early on the crucial importance of transportation networks at national and urban-major level. So she decided to monitor major road, rail, aviation and metro infrastructure projects as early as 2008. In 2011 he founded PeUndeMerg.ro, the forum that quickly became the largest and most active community in the country. In May 2015, together with 9 friends from the community, he co-founded Asociatia Pro Infrastructură, the most visible and influential NGO in this field, the only independent organization that monitors all major transport infrastructure projects in Romania. Since 2016 until now, Ionuț is the Executive Director of Pro Infrastructură Association, its voice in the media and one of the driving forces of the organization.
